AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Shipping Time Frame

We ship with Australia Post and shipping times vary depending on the current business climate. We'll always give you our best estimate of how long it could take to ship and typically it takes 1 - 5 business days.

Business days include Mon-Fri and exclude weekends and holidays. 

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, this must be done within 24 hours after the order was placed. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been received and processed, no cancellations will be honoured.

To cancel your order, please send a reply from your confirmation e-mail to hello@balmyarmy.com and please include your order number.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted for damaged products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the seal not broken. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have items eligible for return please contact our support team at hello@balmyarmy.com for instructions on how to return your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping Time Frame

Products are shipped internationally via Australia Post and are picked up by the receiving country's partner shipping agency. Depending on the current business climate, orders will leave our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order and typically take between 5 - 7 days to process through the Australian Postal Service and will typically reach the destination in 14 - 20 days. Orders that are delayed or detained at the border are not the responsibility of Balmy Army and while we will do everything in our power to help resolve any issues, the onus is on the buyer and local authorities. Unfortunately we cannot offer replacements if this happens but we will do our best to work with you toward a solution. 

International Returns
